By using APPIKtivity (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

APPIKtivity is a platform that helps users discover and complete real-world activities and experiences in Braunschweig and Hannover.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) harm, harass, or intimidate others; (c) post false or misleading information; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By sharing content on APPIKtivity, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account by logging in again.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Braunschweig, Germany.
